Adult Therapy

I work with adults experiencing feelings of anxiety, depression, fear, jealousy, rejection, abandonment, and much more. I provide a safe place for clients to come and express themselves freely and without judgement before teaching skills that enable them to begin to heal. I utilize insight based therapy for those seeking greater meaning and awareness, and Cognitive Behavioral Techniques for those in need of making lasting change in their lives. For those interested, I provide guided meditation in session for real-time relaxation, and can provide written materials to help with relaxation at a later time.

Couple Therapy

Couple’s Therapy

I work with couples who no longer feel connected to one another, are experiencing feelings of resentment, and feel stuck or misunderstood within their relationship. I help couples gain a greater understanding of their partner, learn how to get their needs met, and feel a deeper connection through increasing their ability to genuinely communicate.
